Well, as you may have guessed, I'll be cheering for the Seahawks today. This was a tough call. I am a Patriots fan too. My prediction is that it will be a close game. Anyway, enjoy the nails!

Dance Legend 161 Thermal Polish
Hello readers. Today I have Dance Legend 161 for you. Dance Legend is a Russian brand that is available internationally at Llarowe.
161 is a thermal polish that when warm is a bright light grey/white and while cool is a granite grey. Also contains silver shimmer that shows nicely at all times. I used three thin coats plus top coat. I had no issues with the formula. Wore this for three days with only minimal tip wear when I removed.
I admit that I have a bit of a weakness for thermals. I really loved this and it got a ton of compliments while I was wearing it. As mentioned, I purchased this at Llarowe. Unfortunately it is currently out of stock. Sorry about that. Hope you enjoyed.

Girly Bits D!ck In A Box
Hello readers! Today I have Girly Bits D!ck In A Box for you. This was Pam's top selling polish of 2013. And I am sure you all know where the name came from. It's still one of my favourite SNL skits.
D!ck In A Box is a charcoal grey scattered holo. I had full coverage in two coats. Photos are also without top coat. It's sooo sparkly! No issues to report, it is simply a fabulous polish!!!
You can find the Girly Bits store HERE. And bonus, this polish is currently in stock. You can also find links to other stockists if ordering directly isn't the best option for you.
And just in case you're interested in the video... here it is. Sound isn't that great though.
Thanks for visiting.

CandyNail Gray Gumballs swatch and review
Hello everyone. Today I have a polish from a new to me indie brand, CandyNail. This is a Canadian maker who opened up shop recently. Polishes are 5 free and cruelty free. For more information, please visit their website.
Gray Gumballs is a medium grey creme with black, blue, peach, green, white, pink and red glitters scattered throughout. The formula is on the thin side, but had great coverage. I used three thin coats for full coverage. Applied smoothly and the glitter laid smooth to the nail. My only complaint was that I wished more of the coloured glitters ended up on the nail. One other thing to note is that the name of the polish isn't on the bottle, just on the box it came in. I admit that this kind of bothers me. I think it's a polish OCD thing.
I didn't test this polish for wear time. You can follow CandyNail on Facebook and their site has a link to Instagram. It appears that at this time shipping is only available to Canada and the US.
Thanks for the visit everyone!

Emily de Molly Soon and stamping
Today I have Emily de Molly Soon and some stamping using plate EDM02.
Soon is a medium grey crelly with various size hexagon glitter in blue, green, fuchsia, and purple. I had full coverage in three coats. You could also layer over a similar colour base. Not too chunky, completely smooth with a coat of Seche Vite.
Emily de Molly recently released five stamping plates. Below is the image I used. I stamped over Soon with Racy by Formula X For Sephora. It is a metallic lavender. I have a review of that polish HERE. Because I have small nails only some of the image is on my nail. Image is also rotated differently on each nail. For those with larger nails, these images should fit. Had no issues with my stamper picking up the image.
For more information on Emily de Molly please visit her site. You will find information on international stockists and her full line of polishes and plates. Plates can be sent worldwide but polish is only directly available for shipping if you are in Australia.
Thank you for stopping in! Have you noticed that my stamping is getting better. Yeah me!

Sally Hansen Triple Shine, my four picks
While at my local drugstore I came across a display of the new Triple Shine line, so of course I had to get some. I picked out four! I thought that was pretty good self control.
Forgive my lack of clean up in todays photos. I was in a hurry and had to skip it in order to get all four polishes swatched.
Vanity Flare is a medium purple creme. Pretty good formula. I used two coats. No top coat used in pics. Dries quite glossy.
Scale Up is a topper. Appears really thick in the bottle, but surprisingly wasn't. Contains holo shards and micro glitters. The large pieces lay flat to the nail. One coat over Vanity Flare.
Bait Me is a light grey pearl shimmer. To be in honest, I thought this was a creme with a bit of shimmer in the bottle. Wasn't until I applied it that I learned it was a pearl finish. Pleasantly surprised by that! Normally not my go to finish. Great formula and I only needed two coats for full coverage. May need one more on longer nails. No top coat.
Hypnautical is a topper with iridescent micro and flakie glitter. Thought this would show off the aqua tint that you see in the bottle, but no. A bit disappointed by that.
So overall thoughts are that these have decent formula and are very shiny without using top coat. Even though we'll all use some anyway! Vanity Flare is nice, but doesn't wow me. I am sure I have other purples like it in my collection. I loved Bait Me!!!! Definitely my fave of the four I chose. The two toppers are fine, but again don't wow me. Have you tried any of these yet? Thoughts?
Thanks for having a boo, hope to see you back soon.

Rimmel Salon Pro Kate Moss collection Punk Rock
I saw a new display set up at my local Shopper's Drug Mart. What was it? Nail polish of course! Looks to be a new line from Rimmel London to add to the Kate Moss collection.
Punk Rock is a creamy dark grey with a definite purple undertone. This is a lycra polish and dries to a satin finish. The bonus is that the photos are ONE coat. I maybe could have done another coat, but I didn't notice that until I was out in direct sunlight. Wondering if this would work for stamping? Any flaws you see on my nails are actually from the top coat I used. I forgot to thin it before I started. Sorry. Anyway, I enjoyed this polish. I really like greys!
I feel the purple is quite noticeable in the sun. Please note that I didn't test the wear time on this. Just did a quick swatch. Thanks for stopping by!

China Glaze Sea Spray and L'Oreal The True Diamond
Hope you all had a great weekend. I cleaned, not so fun.
Today I have two polishes for you. Something old and something new. Hope you enjoy.
China Glaze Sea Spray is a pale greyed out blue with a slight shimmer. In fact the shimmer is so subtle that I didn't know it was there until I looked at the photos! It's pretty, but I found the formula too thin for my liking. I used three coats for the pics. It did level nicely. The photos also make it look more grey. There is more of a blue tinge to this polish IRL.
Next I have L'Oreal The True Diamond #802. This is from the new Magic Top Coats collection that I noticed a few weeks ago in stores. I find more and more drugstore brands catching up with what all us nail fanatics are looking for! It is a shimmer/glitter top coat. Applies flawlessly and dries very quickly. Since this is a top coat, it can be worn over any shade. Of course, Sea Spray is the base I used. It really does look like diamonds on your nails. You can never go wrong with that!
Thanks for sticking with me! I appreciate all of you. Hope you enjoyed today's post.

Hare Polish Flight of the Flamingos
Flight of the Flamingos is from The Tropics are Calling collection for late summer. This is a pale grey jelly base with gold shimmer and glitter and various neon pink glitter. It sounds like a strange combination but something about it made me do my I NEED this dance!
I've used three coats of Flight of the Flamingos with a generous amount of top coat. This was still not quite smooth so I recommend a glitter taming top coat. Dries to a semi matte finish. Even with three coats it dried quite quickly.
Overall, I really like this. Just something about it! What do you think? The Hare Polish shop can be found HERE.
Thanks for having a peek everyone!

Alcatraz Rocks OPI San Francisco collection
Good morning everyone. I don't know about you all, but I am still recovering from Miley Cyrus' vma performance last night. Gross! Enough of that, onto polish.
Today I have Alcatraz Rocks from OPI's new fall collection. Of the entire collection this is the one I HAD to have. Alcatraz Rocks is a liquid sand polish (matte texture). This is a greyed out purple with lots of sparkle. In fact it is hard to call it a matte the sparkle is so noticeable. Photos are three thin coats with no top coat. You may be able to get away with two coats on shorter nails. Bonus, no staining to report!
I know not everyone loves textured polish, but I heart this one! What do you think? Thanks for taking the time to visit my little blog today. I always appreciate it!
