Smitten Polish You're Turning Violet, Violet Swatches

Today I have an older Smitten Polish shade for you. This is You're Turning Violet, Violet. It is full of blue and purple holographic glitter and has a violet crelly base. No undies are needed. I used two coats and then did some dabbing in a few areas. I found this to be the best way to apply. The blue glitter really jumps out at you, which is nice. I thought it may get lost on the nail. The purple adds a bit of depth to it, even though they aren't as noticeable. Really nice touch. This does dry a bit gritty, so I recommend a good thick top coat. I used KBShimmer Clearly On Top.

I wasn't able to find any current information on the availability of this polish. You'll have to do your own investigating. I'll include the links for you. Thanks for the visit today!

Smitten Polish Wickedly Smitten

Showing off 2 polishes from Smitten Polish. These are both from the Wickedly Smitten collection based on Wicked. (the prequel to The Wizard of Oz)

PINK GOES GOOD WITH GREEN! is a milky mint green crelly base with pink, purple and light green glitter. Various sizes in hexes and squares. I really love the green glitter in this polish. It is so unique. I need to find more polish with this glitter in it! Photos show 3 coats, no underwear. Glitter isn't too chunky. Regular top coat is enough for a smooth finish.

I FEEL...WICKED is an emerald green jelly shimmer base. Packed with various sizes of green and purple glitter. Also some holo glitters in there. Again, a regular top coat will smooth this out. Photos are 3 coats, no undies.

Please follow the Smitten Polish facebook page for updates. Smitten Polish is currently available through etsyllarowe and femme fatale. All three ship to different locations, so choose which is better for you.
Thank you for stopping by!

Smitten Polish - Fire and Blood, Merry and Bright

Welcome fellow polish junkies. I have some more Smitten Polish to show off today. I do love them so!

Merry and Bright is a muted berry jelly base packed with copper and gold glitters. Based on Victorian era Christmas cards. Although this was part of the holiday collection it is still available. It can also be worn at anytime. It's fabulous. Photos are 3 thin coats. Use a thick top coat. The glitters are a bit chunky on the nail.

Fire and Blood Game of Thrones, say no more! A red jelly base that is easy to work with. Scattered with red, gold, and orange holographic glitters. Believe it or not, photos show 2 coats on its own. No undies.

Smitten Polish can be bought through Etsy or through Llarowe. Forgive me if there are other stores that carry this. These are all I know of. Follow Noelie's Smitten Polish page on facebook for updates and previews.

Day 1 pre-spring challenge yellow

Hi everyone,

I have decided to take part in a 14 day nail art challenge. I ask for your forgiveness in advance as my art skills are seriously lacking. The challenge is being hosted by http://mommylovesnailpolish.com/. Check out her blog for all the details.

Day 1 is yellow. Yellow is not my colour, therefore I don't own a lot of it. As a pale yellow looks best on me I went with Smitten Polish Pink Lemonade. This is a pale yellow creme base with magenta glitters. Photos are 3 coats with no undies.

Smitten Polish - Adeste Fidelis

Continuing my month of indie polishes with some Smitten Polish. I have to say that I have about 6 Smitten polishes and I love them all. Will definitely be looking forward to new polishes that Noelie puts out this year.
Today I decided on Adeste Fidelis. This is a white jelly base polish with rose, pale green, and copper glitters. So pretty. And even though this is part of the holiday collection it can be worn year round. It is also very springy themed to me. Photos are shown with 3 coats. No undies. Needs a good top coat to help smooth out. It isn't horribly chunky, but I really hate rough nails. On to the pics...

Smitten Polish can be purchased on etsy here.

Hope you enjoyed todays post. Polish was purchased by me and all opinions are my own.
