KBShimmer Blush Money from the Spring 2015 collection. Available from KBShimmer and Harlow & Co.
Blush Money is a pink/peach linear holographic. For the photos I used three coats of Blush Money plus top coat. It applied nicely. I did still have some visible nail line. It was only visible in direct light however. Very complimentary to my skin tone, but may not be for everyone.
I also need to point out that I have worn this on my toes a couple of times. I think it makes for a fabulous pedicure!

A England The Blessed Damozel, Elaine, and Merlin
Today I have the new release from A England, The Blessed Damozel plus two re-released shades, Elaine and Merlin.
The Blessed Damozel is a rich purple with some slight shimmer in blue and fuchsia. The shimmer is more noticeable in person then it appears in the photos. I had no issues with application. Very close to a one coater but I used two for these swatches. No top coat was used. It dries to a high shine.
This photo shows the polish in a lower light. You can see that the shimmer disappears, but the purple appears to be darker. It's a very rich purple.
Next up is Elaine and Merlin. Unfortunately I don't have the originals to compare, but from what I have seen, there is no difference with the exception of Merlin smelling different.
Elaine is a smokey purple creme. I guess an eggplant purple. No issues with application. Photos are two coats plus top coat. Again, could be a one coater. Merlin is a silver glitter in a clear base. The glitters aren't uniform, but all a similar size. On my index finger I have three coats of Merlin. I still have nail showing, but not a terrible amount. It applies very nicely. On my pinky I have one coat over Elaine. Good coverage with one coat. As you can see, this can be worn on its own or layered. I think I prefer it layered.
All three of these are currently available from Nail Polish Canada. They are also available through other stockists. Too many to name, so you'll have to research your best option. I hope you enjoyed today's post!
